You may be affected if you are using the NServiceBus.Metrics.ServiceControl package.
Symptoms
The endpoint stops processing messages and the log file is filled with warnings similar to
Failed to buffer metrics data for CriticalTime after 15 attempts.
Should you upgrade immediately
We recommend you upgrade immediately if you have noticed the described symptoms.

You can install the new version from NuGet.
