We’ve just released NServiceBus.Transport.RabbitMQ.CommandLine 8.0.3.
As part of this release, NServiceBus.RabbitMQ 8.0.3 was also released, but this version of the package contains no code changes from version 8.0.2.

How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you run the queue migrate-to-quorum <queue-name> command.
Symptoms
Migrating a classic queue to quroum queues results in message loss. One message is migrated to the new queue, and all other messages are lost.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately.

You can install NServiceBus.Transport.RabbitMQ.CommandLine 8.0.3 from NuGet.
