Archive request stuck for 2 days

ServiceControl v1.47.5

We have an archive request stuck for 2 days now (see attachment). Is there anyway to cancel the request and retry?


Can you open a support case and provide SC logs? Ideally could you also change the logging level to Debug as described here and restart SC?


So it eventually finished after two days (not sure if restarting both ServicePulse and ServiceControl made any difference).

I’ve open a support ticket and attached the requested logs, since it seems that there were some exceptions in RavenDb the same day we issued the archive request.
