To enhance the customer support experience, we will sunset the use of the support@particular.net and critical@particular.net email addresses. These addresses will no longer be monitored, and any emails sent to them will receive an automatic reply with this update.
Instead, please use our new customer website the next time you need to raise a support case.
The new customer website uses passwordless authentication. Log in with your email address only, and the website will send you an email with a “magic link” that will complete the login process.
Don’t worry if you forget! If you accidentally email these addresses, you’ll receive an automatic reply with a reminder and a link to the new website.
Now would be a good time to try out the new website, to ensure you can easily log in—that way you’ll be ready when you do need to ask for support.
