Am getting the below error when upgrading to version 4.21.4. Can someone advise me on this?

I think this is better handled as a support case, can you send an email to support@particular.net that includes all output from the Invoke-ServiceControlInstanceUpgrade command?

Also, include what version of ServiceControl you are upgrading from.
