Looking for article related to scaling out but can't find it

I recall an article in the last few months in the context of scaling out NSB where messages were not limited to being processed by a single endpoint and could be processed by any endpoint in a pool of endpoints. I believe it was using the MSMQ transport.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
