How to know if you are affected
Only users using the Learning Transport (which is not supported in production) with multiple consumers on the same queue are affected.
Symptoms
The endpoint fails to start with the following exception:
Unhandled Exception: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file ‘{RANDOM-GUID}.metadata.out’ because it is being used by another process.
Should you upgrade immediately
No. This upgrade only affects a non-production component, so there is no need to upgrade your production systems.
