This patch addresses a bug where Azure DataBus has set all outgoing HTTP connections to one, which in turn causes all outgoing HTTP traffic to be limitted to a single connection.
How to know if you’re affected
All users of the Azure DataBus are potentially affected.
Symptoms
When Azure DataBus is used, all outgoing HTTP connections are limited to a single connection.
Should you upgrade immediately
You should upgrade immediately if your HTTP traffic is affected
