Hi everyone,

We’ve just released NServiceBus.DataBus.AzureBlobStorage 3.1.1.

  • #116 InvalidCastException is thrown when the data bus attempts to renew Managed Identity token

This patch addresses a bug where Azure data fails to review a token for Managed Identity authentication.

How to know if you’re affected

You’re affected if you’re using Azure Blob Storage data bus with Managed Identity.

Symptoms

Managed Identity authentication is failing with InvalidCastException when a token is renewed.

Should you upgrade immediately

You should upgrade immediately if you’re using Managed Identity authentication.
