How to know if you are affected
You are affected if:
- You are using devArt dotConnect for Oracle
- You are using the outbox
Symptoms
An exception is thrown when the persister tries to create an outbox record:
System.Exception: Could not extract field ‘BindByName’ from ‘Devart.Data.Oracle.OracleCommand, Devart.Data.Oracle, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=09af7300eec23701’.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if you are planning to use the outbox with devArt dotConnect for Oracle.
Where to get it
You can install the new versions of NServiceBus.Persistence.Sql from NuGet.
