NServiceBus.SqlServer 7.0.2 – Critical patch release available

Hi everyone,

We’ve just released NServiceBus.SqlServer 7.0.2. This release includes two critical bug fixes for endpoints that have configured purging messages (all or expired) on startup.

Fixed bugs

  • #1227 Does not respect the PurgeOnStartup core configuration [v7]
  • #1226 ExpiredMessagePurger.PurgeOnStartup is expiring all messages at startup [v7]

When to upgrade

You should upgrade immediately if you have and endpoint running on SQL transport version 7 and have configured the expired message purger to purge on startup.

You can install NServiceBus.SqlServer 7.0.2 from NuGet.
