How to know if you are affected
You are affected if running version 7 of the NServiceBus SqlServer transport with Always Encrypted mode enabled.
Symptoms
The endpoint fails to start due to an unhandled exception with the message “System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array”.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if you are affected.
