How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you are publishing messages from the FeatureStartupTask of a custom feature.
Symptoms
Messages published by the FeatureStartupTask of a custom feature are not delivered to subscribed endpoints.
When to upgrade
To prevent message loss, you should upgrade immediately if you are affected.
Where to get it
You can install the new version of NServiceBus.Transport.Msmq from NuGet.
