- #1110 Persist IDs of messages to be retried earlier in the retry batch preparation process.
How to know if you are affected
Users who restarted ServiceControl while a retry operation was in progress may be affected.
Some messages cannot be retried even after repeating the retry attempt.
After retry operation finishes the retried messages are still shown in failed messages dashboard and
0 failed message(s) submitted for retry. or
<failed_msg_group_name> containing 0 message(s) submitted for retry. messages are shown in the ServicePulse event log.
Should you upgrade immediately
Users should upgrade immediately however if your installation of ServiceControl is already affected (you can observe the symptoms described above), please contact Particular Support.
