Fixed bugs
- #1119 Sending a message from an integration endpoint, that fails, results in ServiceControl not being able to return the message to ServicePulse.
- #1124 Enable endpoint detection from audits in multi-instance deployments.
Improvements
- #1126 Stop checking for !disable queue name duplicates in installer.
- #1128 !disabled queue duplicates allowed in the installation process
