All users of 3.4.0 are affected
Symptoms
When entering maintenance mode ServiceControl is unable to start and the user is presented with a dialog with a System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005).
Should you upgrade immediately
All users should upgrade if they experience this bug.
