We’ve just released ServiceControl 4.11.0 which resolves the issue of users not being able to remove inactive heartbeats in ServicePulse.
As part of this release we had 73 commits which resulted in 8 issues being closed.

- #2073 Message bodies might cause the large object heap to grow
