#2549 ServiceControl 4.17 emits integration events that can’t be consumed without upgrading to the latest version of the ServiceControl.Contracts assembly
How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you are using ServiceControl version 4.17.0 and you have an endpoint subscribed to ServiceControl events using ServiceControl.Contracts version 1.x.
Symptoms
Deserialization fails for integration events published by ServiceControl unless the subscribing endpoint uses the latest contracts package.
Should you upgrade immediately
Upgrade immediately if you are affected to make sure events are processed correctly. Otherwise upgrade during your next maintenance window.
