How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you have ServiceControl 4.28.3 and an Audit instance with RavenDB 5 persistence fails to start.
Symptoms
An Audit instance will not start because .NET 7 is missing.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if you are affected by the bug.
