How to know if you are affected
You are affected if upgrading to ServiceControl Audit instance to ServiceControl 4.29.0 and running it under a user with write access to its installation path.
After upgrading to ServiceControl 4.29.0, the audit instance won’t start, and the following text is found in the logs:
System.InvalidOperationException: Could not access some of the specified paths. Please check if you have sufficient privileges to access following paths:
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if an audit instance running version 4.29.0 will not start.
