We’ve just released ServiceControl 5.2.4.

  • #4218 Hearbeat messages from endpoints using ServiceControl.Plugin.Nsb5.Heartbeat are not ingested

How to know if you are affected

You are affected if you are using both:

Symptoms

  • Endpoints using ServiceControl.Plugin.Nsb5.Heartbeat are shown as inactive in ServicePulse.
  • Heartbeat related messages are sent to the ServiceControl error queue.

When to upgrade

You should upgrade immediately if you are affected by the bug. Otherwise, you should upgrade during your next maintenance window.
