How to know if you are affected

You are affected if you have set the Azure Management URL to a URL without a trailing forward slash.

Symptoms

The ServicePulse diagnostics tab shows the following error:

Management url configuration is invalid, available options are “https://management.azure.com/”, “https://management.microsoftazure.de/”, “https://management.usgovcloudapi.net/”, “https://management.chinacloudapi.cn/”

When to upgrade

You should upgrade immediately if you are affected. Otherwise, you should upgrade during your next maintenance window.
