We’ve just released ServiceControl 6.14.3.
Fixed bugs
- #5475 Failed-message list cannot be sorted by “Time of failure” — silently falls back to “Time sent”
How to know if you are affected
- You are using any version of ServiceControl prior to 6.14.3.
- You (or your operators) sort the Failed Messages list in ServicePulse.
Symptoms
When sorting failed messages by “Time of failure” in ServicePulse, the list is silently sorted by “Time sent” instead. Toggling ascending/descending reorders the list but along the wrong axis. Sorting by other fields (e.g. “Message Type”) is unaffected.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if you are affected. Otherwise, you should upgrade during your next maintenance window.
