ServiceControl remove pending upgrade version

Hello,

I need to update the servicecontrol under current version 3.6.4 and installed on server windows2012r2 .

However, I had installed version 4.13 beforehand and the installation gives:

The question is: How do I uninstall version 4.13 without impact the current version 3.6.4? doesn’t seem possible via “Programs and Features”

Hi Tony

You can remove the Service Control Management Utility version 4.13 by uninstalling it. The uninstaller will prompt you that you still have a version of ServiceControl installed like this

Click next. After that you can install the version you want to upgrade to.
