How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you cannot connect to ServiceControl from ServiceInsight but you can connect from other apps, such as ServicePulse or a browser.
Symptoms
When attempting to connect to ServiceControl, the following error is shown:
There was an error connecting to ServiceControl. Either the address is not valid or the service is down.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if you are affected. Otherwise, you should upgrade during your next maintenance window.
