How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you’re using ServiceInsight 2.2.
Symptoms
The icons for messages that are successfully retried are not showing in the messages list.
Should you upgrade immediately
This is a minor issue that does not affect other functionality, so an immediate upgrade is not required.
