How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you have a perpetual ServiceInsight license.
Symptoms
ServiceInsight fails to startup.
Should you upgrade immediately
If you have a perpetual license and use ServiceInsight version greater than 1.15 you should upgrade immediately.
