How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you’re using the Saga View in ServiceInsight to inspect message bodies.
Symptoms
Click the Show Message Data button in the Saga View. All messages display the word “Empty”.
Should you upgrade immediately
You should upgrade if you’re using the Saga View to inspect message bodies.
