Customers connecting to a ServiceControl instance via a redirected URL are affected by this bug.
Symptoms
When connecting to a ServiceControl instance via a redirected URL, ServiceInsight accepts the connection but fails to retrieve messages with an exception.
Should you upgrade immediately
You should upgrade if you’re connecting to ServiceControl using a redirected URL.
