You are affected if you are using a JSON serializer and viewing message bodies in ServicePulse.
Symptoms
The message bodies are displayed in an encoded form and are not displayed in a prettyfied form, making it harder to read the message bodies correctly.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade during your next maintenance window as this bug only impacts the display of message bodies and not the functionality.
