ServicePulse 2.0.0 – Major release available

Hi everyone,

We’ve just released ServicePulse 2.0.0.

This is a major release that ports over all the functionality in the ServiceInsight Windows app to now be accessible via the ServicePulse web UI.

All of the message views and diagrams, including the Flow, Sequence, and Saga diagrams, will now be available on messages that contain audited conversation data.

This is all accessible from the new “All Messages” tab in ServicePulse.
