How to know if you are affected
You are affected if you are using ServicePulse 2.12.0 with OIDC authentication enabled when you open a deep link in a tab that needs to sign in.
Symptoms
Opening a ServicePulse deep link without a valid authenticated session completes OIDC authentication but does not return the user to the requested message. With the default configuration, the dashboard opens instead.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if you are affected. Otherwise, you should upgrade during your next maintenance window.
