How to know if you are affected
You are affected by 2566 if
- You navigate to a failed message from the failed message group page and then use the back button
You are affected by 2511 if
- You audit messages bigger than the ServiceControl body limit and then examine these messages in ServicePulse
Symptoms
For 2566, when navigating to a failed message from the failed message group page, the back button returns to the global list of messages.
For 2511, messages with no body (e.g. due to the body being larger than the configured max size for audit persistence) do not show any indicator that the body wasn’t saved.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if you are affected. Otherwise, you should upgrade during your next maintenance window.
