We’ve just released ServicePulse 2.7.2.
How to know if you are affected
Users of ServicePulse 2.0 and higher with MSMQ systems are known to be affected.
Symptoms
When navigating to a failed message, the following error may be displayed:
An error occurred while trying to load the message. Please check the ServiceControl logs to learn what the issue is.
Bugs fixed
- #3005 An error occurred while trying to load the message.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade immediately if you are affected. Otherwise, you should upgrade during your next maintenance window.
