How to know if you are affected
You are affected if the token issuer is unavailable during the refresh window and becomes available again later.
Symptoms
If the token issuer is unavailable during the refresh window and becomes available again later, ServicePulse will be unable to use the token and instead the ServicePulse display will go blank requiring a full page refresh to fix.
When to upgrade
You should upgrade during your next maintenance window unless you are affected by the bug.
