We have Servicepulse up and running with AD-credentials. But when we switch to another menu item such as Heartbeat or Failed Messages a new windows log on screen appears. The logon promt doesn’t care when i enter my credentials. It can be clicked away without any problem to browse the info on Heartbeat or FM.

We have a guide on how to secure ServiceControl. By itself, ServiceControl and ServicePulse don’t support any authentication, so it’s not something we control. We have those tools rely on external authentication providers. It’s likely you set up some reversed proxy or anything and possibly something is misconfigured there?
