Will NServiceBus work with AWS SQS that are encrypted.
I see how to encrypt the messages and the S3 bucket for large queues but not the SQSs themselves.

If the queue has encryption configured, it should just work (we’ve done testing on such cases before, so if you run into any issues let us know).
However, if you have installers enabled, the queues that are created won’t be encrypted. It’s something you’ll have to configure manually.
